Subject :- Request to provide Information under S.6 cl.1 of Right to Information Act, 2005 on the
following questions.

Particulars: December 2022- March 2023

Description: Working of the WCDPO concerning whose public are stakeholders.

I plead you to give me these information and document.

1. What type of food and its quantity is provided to the children between ages 3-6 and months 6 to
36 between November and December 2022?
2. What food is given to orphans between ages 6-12 months old during the months of January,
February and March?
3. Who are liable for the deaths if any of the lactating or pregnant women or children between ages
0-6 years during the four month strike period?
4. What are conditions of the toilets and drinking water in Anganwadi of Bhadopal, Dhanger,
Bighad?
5. What are the Information between the time period of December 2022 to March 2023?
i) What is the opening and closing time of the Anganwadi of Bhadopal, Dhanger, Bighad?
ii) What is the quantity of ration given to children under the age group of 0-6?
iii) How many children are fed and how much money is provided for the same?
iv) How much and what type of food is given to lactating and pregnant women and children
between ages 0-6?
v) What is the quality of food given for the same?
vi) What is the quantity of milk powder given to these children?
 vii) Which machines are used to measure the height and weight of lactating and pregnant women
and children between ages 0-6? Are the machines modern or traditional?
viii) What are the criteria that need to be met for being appointed a worker and a helper in
Anganwadi?
ix) Which food sources are given to ensure protein-intake?
