Employee - Rewards and Recognition
As part of my degree semester project. I created a project report on
rewards and recognition to an employee a case study on SBI.
ICSC & ISC Research was done by me to know the rewards and recognition as a
St'George's Girls Geammer School tool. I took this project and intend to study this on a public sector
organizations (SBI). As a part of research I did data gathering and
06/2011 – 05/2012 analysis , which I captured with the help of techniques like meetings
, questionnaires and observations . Few important observations
came out as a part of research like "the rewards and recognition
play a vital part in individual growth but it can also became a
PERSONAL DETAILS roadblock in some exceptional cases ". My method of study is based
on the primary data i gathered from techniques like meetings,
questionnaires and surveys and secondary data which the colleted
Name from journals , portfolio and web articles. I Completed and reported
my research , which I can share on request .
