Ingredients: the original, with tequila, crème de cassis,

lime juice and sparkling water; the most popular form is
made with tequila, orange juice, and grenadine.

Garnish: Decorated with a slice of orange and a cherry on

the edge of the glass.

Glassware: served in a highball or Collins glass.

FALLEN ANGEL $20

Ingredients: gin, crème de menthe green, Angostura

bitters, and lemon or lime juice.

Garnish: Decorated with a cherry, although you can also

use a mint leaf and a short straw

Carbonated water Ice cubes Shake the gin with the
lemon juice, syrup/sugar, and ice.
