SPEECH

Goodmorning everyone, today we will talk about Special Education and Inclusive
Education, take note that this is just a review wherein we will just run thru with a special and
important concepts reagarding this topic.

So first off, we need to differentiate Inclusive and Special Education, so what's the
difference? When we talk about Inclusive Education we focus on the view disability that results
on how to cope from the interaction between the environment and the condition of the person
with disabilities, so it means it is about the connection between the person who has disability
to the environment he or she is in. Okay, so for Special Education it emanates from a medical
view of disability, it means we are looking on a person with a medical terms, for example, if that
person has scoliosis, meaning what are the symtoms of scoliosis, so it is more on medical terms.

Children with disabilities of course are the one who is qualified for Special Education.

One of the goal of Inclusive Education os to provide children with special needs
appropriate educational services with the mainstream of basic education. While Special
Education is designed to ensure that students with disabilities are provided with an
environment that allows them to be educated effectively.

So always remember that both Special and Inclusive Education responding to special
needs with thus have positive returns for all pupil. All children and yound people of the world,
with their individual strengths and weaknesses with their hopes and expectations have the right
to Education.
