I am Gilbert Culangan Cauilan. BS Industrial Technology major in Electrical Technology.

Like the Callao Cave that provides shelter to all kinds of organisms big or small and capture the
hearts of people with its rich heritage and historical background
Like the outback’s of Laguna, our local adventures provide vitalizing activity
Like Mangyans, our indigenous culture transcends beyond time and space
Like the expensive forest of South America, our majestic and verdant Sierra Madre is an
invitation to a soulful commune with nature
Like the Chico River, our Cagayan River flows with rich food, our life’s guilty pleasure
As a Peñablancaño, I take pride that my town is a town with inescapable harmony with rest of
local towns in Cagayan
As a CSUAN, I advocate a Cleaner Environment Awareness. I encourage people to be more
aware of their Environment and put prime importance of maintaining a pollution free
Penablanca.

As a BS INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY student, I take great premium on engaging with others

through a meaningful communication about the welfare of our town.
