competitive industry structure includes both domestic and foreign competitors.

instability are significant challenges. However, there are opportunities for eco-

rates and extra revenue streams, our luxury hotel may be highly profitable. The
forecast for the future is promising, with the possibility of continuous tourism

1.3. Form of business


Our hotel business will be owned and run as a partnership between Hotel Barahi,
Kunjan, Somnath, and myself (Prashant).
A business partnership is a contract that establishes shared ownership and
management of a company between two or more entities (KOPP, 2023).
1.4. Idea hypotheses
We are introducing a hotel and resort Northlake to meet the growing demand for
upmarket living in Nepal's growing tourism industry. Despite the industry's current
shortage of eco-friendly and sustainable tourism experiences, many travelers
seek for a wide range of lavish options. Our suggested solution is to offer a
luxury hotel that combines high-end amenities with environmentally friendly
practices and cultural immersion in order to give visitors a unique and alluring
experience. There is a huge untapped market for luxury tourism because of
Nepal's favorable location and rich cultural heritage. By taking advantage of this
opportunity and filling a market need, our enterprise has the potential to be both
essential and feasible in the industry.
