Rental rate : 16 hours or 2 days whichever comes first used or unused. Minimum of 8 hours a day.
Php. 6, 400.00 per hour. Without fuel.

Computation : Php. 6, 400.00/hr x 16 hrs. = Php 102, 400.00

Mobilization : = Php 10, 000.00

Demobilization : = Php 10, 000.00

Total : Php 122, 400.00

Terms and Conditions:

1. Full payment prior to mobilization.

2. LESSOR’s Responsibility:
a. Provide certified operator and rigger of the machine, equipped with vest, helmet and safety shoes.
b. Maintain and do all repairs of the machine.
c. Provide accessories such as: sling, shackle and tagline.
3. LESSEE’s Responsibility:
a. Provide lodging for operator and rigger and in charge of the safety of the unit.
b. Liable for whatever damages may arise/incurred while equipment is on operation, at site, used or
unused.
c. Must secure the safety of equipment and is liable to pay damages arising from criminal or terrorist
attacks.
d. Supply of fuel.
4. Problems at job site are not a ground for time deductions/adjustments to the minimum one month rule.
5. For extension/renewal, payment must be tendered five (5) days advance.
6. Availability is subject to prior rental.
