As per Applicable Form 175-325100, Inspection and Testing Requirements and other Applicable
Specification

SCOPE OF WORK:
• Refer scope matrix section in line with below listed points.
• All the Tank materials will be free issued by SHI. Vendor to unload the materials in vendor’s facility.
• Vendor scope is to cutting, material preparation, fabrication, Welding, pickling and passivation, NDE &
other testing.
• Dish Head forming shall be done/ arranged by vendor in vendor scope.Plate will be free issued by SHI.
• Tank Fabrication shall be as per approved drawings provided by SHI complying ARAMCO quality
requirements.
• Inspection and testing shall be as per approved ITP.
• Vendor shall provide/qualify WPS, PQR, Weld map and welder qualification certificates for Tank welding.
• All free issued materials shall be properly segregated and stored in designated area. SS & CS material shall
be separately stored.
• All consumables like welding rod, cutting wheels, etc, shall be in vendor scope.

• Cutting, edge preparation, fit -up, welding, pickling and passivation shall be carried out in vendor’s facility.
• Any sub-contracting activity out of vendor’s facility shall be intimated to SHI in advance and to obtain
approval.
• All required equipment/setup for carrying out the entire job shall be arranged by vendor such as crane,
forklift, welding machine, etc
• Vendor to consider all the materials/instruments/devises required for the inspections & testing (incl.
Hydrotest) in the vendor scope.
• Supervising and controlling fabrication team within agreed delivery schedule in vendor’s scope.
• Vendor shall update the fabrication status periodically in SHI provided progress report format.
• Vendor shall provide inspection forecast schedule to SHI as required.
• Vendor shall carryout the quality checks and provide the reports and notify SHI QC before 07 working
days for inspection (or agreed in the PIM).
• Vendor shall preserve, pack, and load the Tanks as per procedure and to load the tanks safely on to the
trailer for the delivery. Trailer will be arranged by SHI.
• Actual fabrication drawings will be provided later / after award of PO.
