þ Major cutting, grinding and welding works must have been finished

Engine foundation and alignment

Epoxy had been done for the engine foundation soon after the installation
þ Elastic feet installation according prescriptions
þ Engine disc springs/washers installed and foundation bolts M27 x L tightened on couple
q Engine alignment report checked by ABC-Engineering Final Due
Engine installation piping and hydraulic circuit connections
þ Air inlet and gas outlet system Not complete
Installation of air inlet system is on hold due to below reasons
a. Installation held by Shining Star Engineer.
b. Horizontal air duct filters not delivered yet by Shining Star
c. Dimensions of flange delivered with tapper air duct are not compatible needs replacement
Gas outlet system installation is in progress, shall be completed by tomorrow
Note: Gas outlet system needs modification, as supplied flanges were mismatched with actual required

þ Fuel system Not complete

Fuel system is complete, except one modification for cooling of fuel in return line

a.Installation done upon instruction of Shining Star Engineer.

b. Required material for modification is available, modification shall be completer by tomorrow

þ Cooling water system Not complete

Required 4 air vents recommended by commissioning engineer

a. Required material is available at site, installation shall be done on Sunday .

þ Lubrication oil system
þ Starting air system Not complete
Starting air system already been completed, only required instruments are remaining
a. Installation done upon instruction of Shining Star Engineer.
commissioning engineer required increment in the size of supplied air line from half inch to one inch
C. Modification already in progress and will be completed by Sunday

There is no standby pump, only one pump is available and installed
