ORDER

From the allegations in the Information and its supporting

documents, the Court finds that probable cause for the Violation of
Section 5 (h) of RA 9262 exist against the accused, Ernel Garcia y Ausa
@ “Ernel Merillo”, and for which he must stand trial.

It appearing that the accused is detained at Tayabas City Lock-Up

Jail, set this case for arraignment and pre-trial on MAY 29, 2020 at 8:30
o’clock in the morning.

The bail for the provisional liberty of the accused is fixed at

Seventy-Two Thousand Pesos (Php72,000.00).
