A:

6:30 in the morning and we go home at 5:30 in the
afternoon when we work overtime, Ma’am.

A:

A:
My wife and my kids, Ma’am. Because the
previous house that we were living is owned by
my in-laws and it was hinati po ‘yon at ‘yon pong
kalahati ay sa kapatid niya.

Q:
Who again are the persons that were with you?

A:
Cresilda.

Q:
Who is Cresilda?

A:
Candor, Ma’am.

A:
My wife, Ma’am.

A:
She was only at home, Ma’am.

So, what are her school hours?

A:
7:00 in the morning, Ma’am.

A:
Until 4:00 in the afternoon.

Q:
Because I would have to confront you that there is
an allegation against you particularly in this
month on June, 2016, where there is an allegation.
That, after taking a bath Lian Kresdel put the
towel on herself she said that you forced her to lay
down and then she alleges that you halik her
vagina as well as her breast and then after that
she said that inipit mo ‘yong ari mo sa kaniyang
puwitan at kumayog ka. So, what can you say
about that allegation which Lian Kresdel says that
happened on June, 2016?

A:
That is not true, Ma’am. I was at work.
Q:
Would you know of any reason why she would
have said something like this against you?

A:
I do not know, Ma’am. Financial, Ma’am.

About money, Ma’am.

Was there any trouble within your family that
could have occasion your daughter Lian Kresdel
and your wife to have filed these cases against
you?

A:
When me and my wife separated, Ma’am.

Q:
What do you mean by that?

A:
We separated when we were working, Ma’am.
Nalululong po ako sa babae.

Q:
So, during this time of June, 2016 were you
together with your wife?

A:
Yes, Ma’am, we were together.

Q:
So, you were on and off?

A:
Yes, Ma’am.

Q:
Let us go to another count. In November, 2015, do
you recall where you were residing during this

During this time of November, 2015, can you tell

me how will the arrangement when you were
sleep with your family? How was your sleeping
arrangement during this time?

A:
Three (3) of my children are sleeping together
and me and wife sleeps on the other bed, Ma’am.

Q:
When you sleep, is it in the same room?

A:
No, Ma’am.

Q:
So, because your son allegation against you in the
month of November, 2015 were your daughter
Lian Kresdel also alleged that while she was
sleeping beside with their two (2) siblings, she
said that you went to her at sumiping ang aking
papa at hinubo ang aking short at dinilaan at
sinipsip ang aking ari that what she said. And
then, she also alleges that you also sock on her
breast. So, what can you say about that
allegation?

A:
Hindi po, Ma’am.

Q:
During this time of November, 2015 as well as
June, 2016 was there any alternation that would
happening to you and your wife or was there
anything that your wife told you that Lian Kresdel
… regarding these incidents during this time?

How about on May 5, 2018 at 7:00 in the evening?
What did you do during that time?

A:
I was in a different company, Ma’am.

Q:
So, what company you are working for?

A:
Cebumic, it is a Korean Company.

Q:
And where is that located?

A:
Ibabang Polo, Pagbilao, Ma’am. I also worked
inside, Ma’am.

Q:
So, during this time at 7:00 in the evening, where
were you?

A:
We went home early because it was pay day,
Ma’am. It was on a Saturday.

Q:
So, what happened? What time did you go out
during that time?

A:
5:00p.m., Ma’am.

What happened?

A:
Then, we transferred to Mauban, Ma’am. My
workmates and me went for drinking spree.

Q:
Where?

A:
At Sitio Tabahin, Ma’am. In Pagbilao, Ma’am.

Q:

A:
It was only for around two (2) hours, Ma’am.

Q:
So, what time did you finish?

A:
Around 7:00, Ma’am. Then, I went home.

Q:
And then, when you arrived there, who was there
in home?

A:
My three (3) children were there, Ma’am watching
TV.

Q:
Your wife was not yet around?

A:
I went to the canteen where my wife works at
sumunod nalang po siya sa akin.

There is an allegation to you particularly 7:00 in
the evening of May 8, 2018 which your daughter
says that you told her to lay down and you said
didilaan ko lang ‘yan that what you said. What can
you say about that allegation?

A:
No, Ma’am.

Q:
Anong hindi po, Ma’am?

A:
I did not do that, Ma’am.

Q:
You did not say anything?

A:
I did not say anything, Ma’am, because my wife
was just followed me and when I arrived home
she was also there, Ma’am. She followed me right
after.

Q:
How did you learn that there were charges against
you?

A:
They went to Barangay, Ma’am.

Q:
Who went to the Barangay?

A:
My wife, Ma’am.

A:
Nothing, Ma’am. I was watching TV. Then, after a
while the police arrived.

Q:
And what they need to you?

A:
That there was a case filed against me. May
reklamo po ako.

Q:
And when you were informed that was a
complaint against you, what did you do?

A:
Nothing, Ma’am. They arrested me and took to the
Munisipyo.

When this case was called for continuation of

hearing, Assistant Provincial Prosecutor Rowena V.
Arboleda and counsel de officio Atty. Frances Dyan Lim.
Likewise, present in court is accused Christopher
Candor.

Atty. Frances Dyan Lim presented the first witness

for the defense the accused himself, Christopher
Candor. After the conclusion of his testimony. Set the
continuation of defense evidence on March 31, 2020 at
8:30 o’clock in the morning.

As prayed for issue subpoena duces tecum to EEII
