    ORDER

    Acting on the Motion to Fix Bail filed by the accused, praying that
    the bail bond for his provisional liberty be fixed in the amount as
    recommended by the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor, the same is
    granted.

    As prayed for, the bail bond for the provisional liberty of the
    accused is hereby fixed at Two Hundred Thousand Pesos
    (Php200,000.00).

    SO ORDERED.
