    The cashbond posted by bondsman MARILYN M. LARA, for the


    provisional liberty of accused VIRGILIO M. MAGPANTAY, who is
    presently detained at Lucena City Police Station, in the amount of Two
    Thousand (P2,000.00) Pesos, under O.R. Nos. 5651586, dated May 6,
    2014, being in order, is hereby approved.

    The warden of Lucena City Police Station, is ordered to


    immediately release said accused from custody unless he is being
    detained for any other lawful cause/s.

    SO ORDERED.
