ORDER

The surety bail bond posted by Commonwealth Insurance Co., for

the provisional liberty of accused MANEX DALURAYA TABERNILLA,
who voluntarily surrendered before this Court, in the amount of Eighty
Thousand (P80,000.00) Pesos, under OIC Bond No. JCR (2) 0080758,
dated July 16, 2019, being in order, is hereby approved.

The warrant of arrest dated June 11, 2019 is hereby ordered

RECALLED and SET ASIDE. The arresting officer tasked with the service
of said warrant of arrest is directed to return the same to the Court
without further proceedings.

SO ORDERED.
