    GENERATOR NO.3 KD TEGUH SAMUDERA

    PERALATAN : LOCAL OPERATING PANEL (LOP) FOR GEN NO.3


    NO JOB : TGH / WE / EM / /22

    DEFECT:

    1. Local Operating Panel (LOP) Generator No.3 unable to fully operational due to
    safety system alarm and speed system faulty.

    WORKSCOPE:

    1. Check all components that related to LOP, Main Switchboard and Monitoring
    and Control System (MCS).

    2. Repair/renew/replace any defective parts, components and software.

    3. Check on any abnormalities which cause to safety system alarm and speed
    system faulty.

    4. Check all cabling or connection that related to LOP, Main Switchboard


    and Monitoring and Control System (MCS).

    5. Upon completion, carry out onboard test on LOP for Generator NO.3
    according to test protocol and witnessed by ship staff and workshop
    representative.
