Support for offshore team on structural design, component modeling and detailing of
Gas Turbine components.

• Design parts and products for using CAD Software (NX.12), and consulting with
Scientist to ensure that the designs are feasible. Drafted the components as per
ASME Y14.5 (GD&T)
• Develop the design at different stage and build prototypes.
• Developing the model for FE analysis for experimental solutions.
• 2D-Detailing as per manufacturing requirements and preparing deliverables,
assembling the prototype components in Rig Facilities and testing regions.
• Testing the prototype at various CFD conditions like cold & hot condition.
Professional To check the mass flow (fuel flow), pressure & temperature.

• Executing the process design as per the drawing.
