    The student does not want to be a nurse educator because teaching is not their passion and they see themselves helping sick people in hospitals instead of teaching. They feel they already possess the qualities of dedication to their career and a friendly attitude. To show appreciation for their teachers, they will participate actively in class because teaching is difficult work but their teachers do their best to help students' future careers.     1. Do you consider being a nurse educator someday? If yes,

    why and if no, why not?


    No, because it is not my passion and I don’t see myself as a

    teacher, I see myself by helping the people who are sick or

    in the hospital.
    2. What qualities do you think you already possess as a nurse

    educator?
    I have a dedication for my career and also I have a positive

    attitude or the friendly attitude that can help to the student

    to be open with me.


    3. How do you show appreciation to your teacher specifically

    in helping you to be a nurse?


    I will show my appreciation to my teachers by participating

    in their class because we all know that it is hard to be a

    teacher and they do their best to help us in our future

    careers, so I am thankful for them that they do all their best

    just to teach us.


    4. If given a chance to be a nurse educator, kindly choose one

    form the eight competencies that you would like to focus the

    most?
    I will choose the number 1, The Facilitate Learning, I will

    focus on that to understand more their teaching learning

    process that will give them more knowledge.
