d. Letter from Hon. Caesar S Dy Jr., City Mayor dated April 6, 2023 with
same subject as above.

2. This City PS submitted is the after activity report on celebrating the “81 st Araw ng
Kagitingan ng mga Beterano, Pundasyon ng Nagkakaisang Pilipino”;

Narrative:

On April 10, 2023 at about 7:00 in the morning personnel of this City PS led by
PMAJ FELIX V MENDOZA, DCOP under the direct supervision of the undersigned and
Personnel from IPPO Headed by PLTCOL VI-CON ABELLERA, DPDA, PLTCOL MICHAEL A
AYDOC, C, PCADU and Staff attended the 81st Araw ng Kagitingan ng mga Beterano,
Pudasyon ng Nagkakaisang Pilipino at Cauayan City Vetrans Memorial Park, Brgy Tagaran
Cauayan City, Isabela.

The Activity start with National Anthem followed by wreath laying ceremony and 21
Gun Salute given by the AFP Personnel headed by MAJOR GENERAL AUDREY I. PASIA, PA,
Commander, 5th infantry (Star) Division together with City Mayor Caesar S Dy Jr, City Mayor of
Cauayan, Isabela.

REV. Father Patrict Henry Pua, will offer the invocation followed by welcomed
address given by Hon. Edgardo Atienza, City Councilor. After the welcome address, Greetings
given by COL. MARCELINO B. TACADENA JR, GSC (CAV) PAT (Ret), President Veterans
Federations of the Philippines, Nueva Vizcaya District/ VFP region 02 Representative, right after
followed by Cauayan City Hymn given by Mr. John Soriano.

The Messages of Hon. Caesar S Dy Jr, City Mayor of Cauayan, Likewise the tribute
messages given by MAJGEN AUDREY L PASIA, PA and a messages Ms. Marilen A Tolentino,
Representative of USEC. REYNALDO B. MAPAGU, ADMINISTRATOR, PVAO of PAVAO Field
service extension office (FSEO) Bayombong N.V.

After delivering messages of all Guest and Visitors, the photo offs will take for
documentary.

3. The activity culminated at about 8:20 in the morning with fruitful result and no
untoward incident happened.
