AN ACT FIXING THE LAST DAY OF REGISTRATION OF VOTERS FOR THE 2022 NATIONAL
AND LOCAL ELECTIONS

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress

assembled:

Section 1. Last Day of Registration. – The last day of registration of voters for the 2022 National and
Local Elections shall be thirty (30) days after the effectivity of this Act.

Section 2. Repealing Clause. – All laws, presidential decrees, executive orders, memoranda,

circulars, rules and regulations, and other issuances or parts thereof, which are inconsistent with this
Act are hereby repealed, amended, or modified accordingly.

Section 3. Effectivity. - This Act shall take effect immediately after its publication in the Official
Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. ℒαwρhi ৷
