Social media mediate teachers and students to be able to interact,

collaborate and negotiate with each other. It is because this tool is
mostly equipped various useful features such as massaging, chatting,
mini programs, searching and many more, so when teachers conduct
online teaching, they just adopt them to instruct and communicate
either written or spoken with their students to learn. Previous studies
argued/maintain/find/emphasize that the means of mobile social
media can encourage students to release, share and search learning
resources which are be to develop their online teaching and learning
experience (Manca & Ranieri, 2016; Ozdemir, 2017; Price et al., 2018).
It is line with/ similarly, Sijia & Daniel’s (2020) study pointed out that
this technology enables teachers to design learning activities and
motivate their students to engage with online classroom. For example,
James (2021) states that ‘before teaching starts, teachers design and
share learning materials to students through using files links feature to
each student instantly through the Facebook or Whatsapp platform and
then text their students to learn and do assignments earlier’ (p.17) .
Thus, this technology definitely helps teachers and students
