1- General

2. HVAC
1. It is noted tha the building will be served through District Water Cooling hence
requirement for EER/Cop is not applicable and refrigerant to be used will be water and
is complying with 0 OPD refrigerant. 1. FAHU capacity shall be reconfirmed after considering fresh air
provision for retail areas. Refer to comment 2.4.
2. FAHU capacity is noted to have 10,340 lps. As per fresh air calculation the capacity is FAHU schedule to be updated to include all required specifications.
