PED 11 – ASSIGNMENT

1. Create your own appropriate learning environment and discuss why it looks like that.

I would like the create a positive and secured environment for my students that
everyone is feel free and come forward to ask any issues that they face about study and other
things that I can help them learn and grow. As future educator I do create an attainment
atmosphere that every student are bond. Also engage differentiated instruction in my
classroom so that everyone can tailor specific lesson to fit different viewpoints, and abilities to
my students.

In my classroom i should be working on way to develop a positve learning environment by finding

out more about my students. For example each student should fill out in a paper about their lives
and their expectations in my class so that I will know their personalities, hobbies, likes and dislike
and also i demonstrate care and respect for my student all the time both teachers and students also
avoiding touching and writing on anything that does not belong to you ( Including Desk, textbooks,
walls etc).

Being a succesful facilitator in a positve environment to teach my student to assuming responsibilty,

participating in decsion-making, working collaboratively and independently an engaging in purpose
learning activities. By working in pairs students in collaborating building their understanding and
taking responsibility for their own learning plus their partner’s

I will come up with some strategy to deal with these and after that I will consulting with my senior
faculties to give me other ideas in that way, Me as a teacher i need to make decisions and
adjustment to enchance the student motivation, engagement, and productive work.
