CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT

Classroom management refers to methods applied by an educator

to ensure that students remain organized, attentive, and focused
throughout a class in a productive way. Student’s discipline has for a
long time been considered as the ultimate measure of a well-managed
class which is false since classroom management is dependent on a
compound of factors as opposed to a single factor.

We need to check the physical /personal aspect of classroom

because it influence teacher and student behaviors the plans in
ensurring effective classroom management are model ideal behavior, let
student help student establish guidelines, avoiding punishing the class.
Encourage initiave, offer praise and use non-verbal communication and
also the teacher's tone of voice is a powerful instrument. It sets the tone
andenvironment for the entire classroom in terms of engagement,
behavior,and rapport with students. It contains some valuable insights
from teacherswho have experimented with how their tone of voice
affects the functionality oftheir classrooms.

SAFE AND CONDUCIVE ONLINE OR VIRTUAL

LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

When conducting virtual classes remind yourself that not everyone have books for them to
read you must have to make a powepoint presentations (PPT) for them to be able to follow what am i
teaching. This inlcude music, pictures, and videos for them to easily imagine my lessons and after
class I am sending these powerpoint presentations for them to have a copy, by using google
classroom or googlemeet you can teach remote learnings.

When it comes in online recitation student use the raise hand button or allow them to speak for them
to be recognized by the teacher and to answers someone questions on what they teacher discuss or
share or own thoughts or idea about the topic and in accomplishing their own activities,quizzes, and
exams. Generally students pass their outputs through gdrive, google forms and messenger.

During in discussion you need to set a rules and regulation in your virtual learning environment, first
told your students need to find a quite place to study because studying in a reduced desturction zone
can really help to your student to achieve there academic goals more easily the more fucused of your
study while you discuss the more likely what they able to retain informationso reducing distractions in
the study environment helps the student to remember more of the stuff what they learned. Also ask
your student to be prepared all the time remind them to be active because active listening promotes
mindful.

Always remind your class to mute there microphones and turn on camera because too many
microphones on just causes more noise destruction and encourage them to speak if they want to
recite allows attendees to on theres camera and microhones to indicate if they need something in
your lesson this rules helps inform you if yout student has a question and would like to be admiited to
speak. Advise your student to wear appropriate attire /school uniform when they attending in your
virutal class to impose displine and train thereselve to act like professional and Tell them to your
student to be respectful and kind to teaceher and classmates respect is a essential part in the
development and maintainance of a helthy learning environment as a role model you need to create
conducive atmosphere in your virtual class implement them some rules or influence them of a positice
attitudes so the student adapt this kind of behavior in your online class they respect you a a teacher
also their classmate and other people around in virtual class.
