Duties and Responsibilities at Oman:

Palace Maintenance:

 Supervises the installation, repair and maintenance of HVAC/refrigeration systems.

 Duty allocation of the Technicians to the PPM & Break down calls attending.
 Operation and Maintenance of 325 TR. Mcquay Air Cooled Screw Chiller – 5 Nos. and 400 TR.
Trane Air Cooled Screw Chiller – 3 Nos.
 Maintenance of Mcquay & Saiver Make Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Pressurization Units,
Chilled Water Dosing System, Split Units.
 Maintenance of All types of Kitchen Equipments like Freezer & Chiller Cabinets, Walk-in-Cold
Rooms and Walk-in-Freezers, Ice Cube Machines, Refrigerators, Water Coolers.
 Maintains records and files, including the approval of time cards and absences, and submits as
required.
