The professional and personal qualities of a teacher are equally important for being a teacher.

For
me if one of these is not there, we cannot say that you are effective or a good teacher. A good
teacher must have a good personality to your students and be professional to your students.

Personal qualities are characteristics that describe as a teacher who we are and what we are in the
classroom. The good personality of the teacher is patient, honest, discipline and have good values. As a
teacher always passionate about the job of always teaching children and loving them like a child we are
ready to listen to all things.

Professional qualities, this is an attribute of a teacher, not just their license, but how we can be
professional to our students, as a teacher, we are role models to our students, we must always be
professional in everything, either inside the school or in the out of school And one characteristic
of a teacher is to have a good communication with the students that we must know what we are
teaching the children especially in our subject. We are like second parents to the children,
understanding your students what their condition is, why they are low in their exam, maybe they
have a personal problem that needs to be addressed or they don't understand what we are
teaching that they should be guided properly so that they can learn their subject or we can change
our teaching techniques so they can understand their subject.

These two qualities of a teacher are very important to being a teacher but the important thing as a
teacher is to have knowledge, kindness, sincerity and and patience.
