Majority of the respondents are of the impression that there is a reasonable price for the
product of MAX-FASHIONs

The respondents have a good opinion about the guarantee and warranty pro-vided
by the company.

The respondents have a very good brand loyalty towards MAX-FASHION products

The respondents have an opinion that the company maintains better customer
relationship.
RECOMMENDATION & SUGGESTIONS:

Better advertisement and other promotional measures should be provided by the


company to convince more customers.
Men’s Accessories like Sunglasses and Bracelets can be add up in Accessories
section.
External appearance of products should be improved. It is better to provide
more colours and colour mixing to attract the customers.
The attitude of sales force must be helping & communication in formal way.
Provide more beneficial schemes to attract consumers.
To provide altering facility to customers for solving their size issues.
To provide the customers with smooth transaction facility experience during
checkout with various payment modes including UPI payment.
