Summary of Key • Lead the design process to produce accurate information in line with
responsibilities the agreed specification and cost plan / estimate.
• Proactively manage the appointment of consultants
and ensure that they perform in line with their deed and agreed scope
of services.
• Produce a design program with the consultants to
meet the agreed whole life program dates.
• Provide cost effective and feasible technical solutions following
capability of production facilities
• Chair design team meetings and issue actions to all involved.
• Produce designs that meet all necessary statutory and
regulatory approvals and record on appropriate tracking logs.
• Maximize all value engineering opportunities.
• Review tender documentation and provide technical support to the bid
process.
• Manage multiple projects or projects of a complex nature or high
value.
• Ability to work under pressure and to engage with several teams

Job Requirements • Minimum 15 years of experience within interior design and production
within luxury brands.
• Fastidious attention to detail required.
• Excellent communication, writing, editing and project management
skills.
• IT competence in packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Cad and
Power Point.
• Previous leadership of design teams.
• Report writing.
