commendable leadership of Philmec through the provision of RCEF Fund, by virtue of her
exceptional authorship and well-known excellency, Honorable Senator Cynthia Villar.
With the powers vested upon Hon. Senator Cynthia Villar’s legacy, we are now experiencing
the modernized machineries used effectively in our agricultural occupation that helps us best to
make our farming ways easier and convenient to work in our rice fields.

amount of fairness and the total sense of camaraderie , likewise, the authorities under
