Job Description – RPA Developer

Missions:

Specifically, you will be required to:

-Contribute to the writing of functional specifications for newly requested RPAs by validating their
accuracy and sufficiency

-Conduct feasibility analysis for newly requested RPAs

-Estimate use-cases with a fair degree of accuracy

-Develop or enhance RPAs according to functional specifications, following a test-driven approach

and with a focus on reusability

-Ensure accurate functioning of newly developed RPA features through exhaustive unit and
integration testing

-Document your work in a clear and concise manner (technical and user-facing), including updating
existing documentation in the case of automation enhancements/ changes

-Contributing to the writing of test scenarios for newly developed RPAs by validating their accuracy
and sufficiency

-Make use of Automation Anywhere Control Room features (v11 and Automation 360), including
monitoring activity and scheduled tasks and reviewing analytics, for best-in-class RPA solutions

-Offer support for business partners during all project phases (including production)

Profile:

-Minimum 3 years of experience in RPA development with mainstream RPA platforms (UiPath,
Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, others

-Minimum 1 year of experience in programming with Python

-Experience in implementing RPA-specific exception handling techniques

-Basic knowledge of Regular Expressions, XML and associated concepts (XSD, XPath), JSON,
understanding of RESTful API

-Basic SQL knowledge (Oracle, SQL Server, other)

-Experience in analyzing business processes and their readiness for automation, as well as the ability
to express conclusions in UML or other modelling languages

-Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience

-English level B2+ (both writing and spoken)

-Good communication skills

-Proven commitment and drive for high-quality deliverables

Nice to have:

-Experience in creating custom Automation Anywhere metabots using C#/ JAVA

-Experience with Automation 360 features like AARI, IQ Bot and Bot Insight

-RPA certifications (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, others)

-Trainings in RPA-related fields

-Advanced Python skills

-French level B1+
