INSTRUCCIONES: Utilizando las oraciones dadas, realice las actividades
siguientes:
A. Traducir las oraciones al español e indicar el tiempo verbal.
B. Identificar el sujeto y el verbo de la oración.
C. Sustituir el sujeto de la oración por un pronombre (he, she, it, they).
D. Determinar si las palabras resaltadas son sustantivos, adjetivos, verbos o
adverbios.
E. Transformar la oración a forma negativa.
F. Transformar la oración a forma interrogativa.

1. The man you saw on the corner will help our company solve its
financial issues.
Traducción: El hombre que viste en la esquina ayudará a nuestra empresa
a resolver sus problemas financieros.
Tiempo: Presente simple
Sujeto: The man you saw on the corner
Predicado: will help our company solve its financial issues.
Sustantivo: the man.
Adjetivo calificativo: Coner will help
Adverbio: company solve its financial issues.
Verbo: saw on
pronombre: he (he man you saw on the corner will help our company solve
its financial issues).
Oración negativa: The man you saw on the corner is not going to help our
company solve its financial problems.
Oración interrogativa: Will the man you saw in the corner help our company
solve its financial problems?

2. The children who visited the class ran in front of the professor.
Traducción: Los niños que visitaban la clase corrían frente al profesor.
Tiempo: Pasado simple
Sujeto: The children who visited the class
Predicado: ran in front of the professor
Sustantivo: The children
Adjetivo: the professor.
Verbo: who visited
Pronombre: they (They children who visited the class ran in front of the
professor).
Oración negativa: the children who did not visit the class ran in front of the
teacher.
Oración interrogativa: Did the children who visited the class run in front of
the teacher?
3. The computer program that the company sold works very efficiently.
Traducción: El programa de computadora que vende la empresa funciona
muy eficientemente.
Tiempo: Presente simple
Sujeto: The computer program that the company sold
Predicado: works very efficiently
Sustantivo: the computer programa
Adjetivo: company
Adverbio: efficiently
Verbo: sold
Pronombre: it (it computer program that the company sold works very

Traducción: Las mujeres que vio en la oficina comenzaran a trabajar con
nosotros la próxima semana.

Predicado: office will start working with us next week.

Adjetivo: saw in

Verbo: saw in
