Your key responsibilities

• Collaborates with key stakeholders in developing and delivering the required

solution.
• Follows the industry best practices for developing and delivering solutions.
• Ability to reuse existing components from Microsoft, and tweaking the same
based on requirements
• Enforces design and development governance structures, methodologies
(architecture and engineering) and compliance activities to maintain regulatory
compliance and enterprise standards
• Strong analytical skills capable of assessing complex business requirements
from real world scenarios and the ability to translate them solution delivery
plans and deliverables.
• Ability to identify, prioritize and weigh different options to determine a best
solution

• Create reports and data visualization using Power BI
 • Monitor and help to analyze data use, workflow and API
processing/performance
• Coordinate business/system activities and perform impact analysis for proposed
upgrades
• Build, maintain / develop various application integration with third party and
legacy/back-end systems
• Support for Existing Infra
• Develop canvas and model-driven Power Apps solutions leveraging Common
Data Services and connectors. Enable external access using Power Portal
• Excellent knowledge of best practices, standards and processes, and a good
understanding of application engineering processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Skills and attributes for success

• Knowledge on Power Platform licensing and safe Agile

• Hands on experience with either Office 365 and SharePoint Online based
customizations, creating SPFx controls and workflows leveraging Power
Automate
• Strong development experience in C#, ASP.NET, SharePoint, Power Shell, Rest
APIs and JavaScript
• Understand Power Apps connectors and integration
• Strong development experience in Model driven apps, Canvas Apps, Power
Automate, Power BI and CDS
• Experience in developing Canvas Components and custom connectors for
Power Platform
• Experience in building Power BI Reports and Dashboards with multiple data
sources
• Ability to manage complex and changing codebase with multiple developers
working within a source-controlled environment
• Proven understanding of security, efficient code reuse, and software design
• Web services / REST (JSON)
• Azure DevOps, CI/CD
• API management gateway configurations

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalency (CS, CE, CIS, IS, MIS, or engineering discipline)
• 1+ years PowerPlatform experience
• 3+ years of Overall Development experience

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Azure PaaS Services

• Delivery using modern methodologies especially SAFe Agile, Iterative, Waterfall,
etc.
