PHONE INTERVIEW TIPS

While phone interviews may seem more relaxing comparing to face-to-face interviews, they
can still be intimidating!

Here are some dos and don’ts that you might not be aware of.

BEFORE THE INTERVIEW

voice to pick up any cues that you might
miss
• Smile while you talk as it can be heard as
more enthusiastic and friendly

using slang - yup instead of yes)
