I have several years of experience working in a healthcare office where my job required scheduling appointments and
keeping medical records. I have been reputable for being efficient and reliable. I am moving to a new location which
requires me to find a new opportunity. I would like to use my experience, knowledge, and training to apply to your
office to run efficiently.

I have outstanding interpersonal skills that allow me to communicate with a caller or patient in front of me in a manner
that make them feel comfortable. I am friendly, and professional, and can deal with most situations that arise. I am
computer literate and I have knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and spreadsheets. I also can learn new programs as needed.

When callers need further information, I can provide, and transfer calls to the correct departments as needed. I have
experience in managing and coordinating communications throughout the office. I have knowledge and experience
sending appointment reminders, cancellations, and rescheduling.

I understand the position not only involves scheduling appointments, but it requires getting detailed information from
each caller, taking notes of concern, and recording in the appropriate place.
