3. Terms and definitions
The terms in t iêu this standard is defined as follows:
3.1 . Bao Duo ng natural moisture (Moist air curing)
Th moisturizing process ư wall for concrete trans in terms of the impact on local climate factors. Can
make sure the balance ỡ ng ẩ m naturally by investment ớ i water directly onto the surface of the
concrete, coated materials ẩ m old female ớ c , spray, or coating the material water on the calf cardboard
(see TCXD 191:1996).
3.2 . Strengthen the security support to term (Critical curing strength)
Value for compressive strength of concrete at the time of stop the security balance ỡ ng natural moisture,

symbol , single position t í nh is % intensity b ê cardboard at the age of 28 days and

nights,% R 28 (see TCXD 191:1996).
3.3. Th er i guarantee period maintenance required (Essential curing time)
Time calculated from the start of maintenance ẩ m natural for t ớ i when b ê serve residents er ng

maintenance of tipping, denoted , is the day unit.

3.4 . B Arab Street initially (Initial curing)
The process of keeping the concrete does not evaporate the water in no kh í without th To watering
moisture directly onto the concrete surface.
3.5 . B Arab Street next (Subsequent curing)
Moisturizing process to limit the concrete evaporation into the atmosphere since the start of irrigation
water on the concrete surface until the stop process b Arab o natural moisturizer.
3.6 . B ề face h in (Open surface)
Structural concrete surfaces can evaporate water into the air.
4. General provisions
4.1. Maintenance process ẩ m nature should be carried out continuously immediately after finishing the
concrete surface until the stop process b Arab Street.
4.2. Specifications characteristic to assess the balance mode to ON g moist self pediatric ê n of concrete
are:

- Extreme curing intensity ;

- The guarantee period d om e om e necessary .

Which parameters are decided , while parameters identified e ị nh based on parameters

t Commissioner under specific climates.
5. Climatic zoning according to concrete moisture curing requirements
According to c ầ u technical maintenance ẩ m nature of concrete, the territory of our country is divided
into three climatic zones typically the A, B and C , with boundaries e ị Geography, named season and
th er time of the year indicated in B Arab Table 1.
6. Requires natural moisturizing maintenance
6.1. Security balance process ỡ ng natural moisture ph â n into 2 phases: initial maintenance and low
maintenance ỡ ng ti ế p follow. This two-stage continuous steps in succession without interruption,
k To since finishing finished surface of the concrete until the concrete gain critical maintenance intensity.
6.2. Stage b ả o initial support
This phase c ầ n with concrete measures to ensure the water does not evaporate under the effect of the
medicine ế u local climate factors (such as sun, wind, temperature and humidity kh í ). A. Oh ng time not
to mechanical forces acting on the concrete surface.

Ti ế Operation b ả o Initial support is as follows:
Concrete after shaping government done to right b ề the openings in the material has been made ẩ m
(with the appropriate material or material available). This time does not affect mechanical forces and
private not ớ i water directly onto the concrete surface t umbrella ng to avoid damaged concrete
surfaces. When you need light watering can water l ê n the v é t ph

v Arab i canvas, or spraying water vapor barrier created. As for pro à t t sir o membrane on the concrete
surface, the spraying is done according to the instructions of the s Arab n production of film forming
agent. You can also use spray equipment to spray nư ớ c mist directly onto the concrete surface without
ph incubated concrete.
The government ẩ m b ề concrete stage b Arab Street initially nh  t necessarily have to t hi managed to

and heat dissipation measures for bulk concrete in the next curing period should be carried out according
to the guidance of TCXDVN 305:2004.
Large concrete dams: Follow requirements set k of power and industrial or construction measures were
approved.
f) For v ớ i roller compacted concrete:
Roller compacted concrete for pavement or yard: the required curing time shall not be less than that
specified in Table 2.
Roller compacted concrete for large dams: Follow design requirements or approved construction
methods. A device that sprays water into a mist can be used on the concrete surface immediately after
compaction of each layer. The spray was conducted rolling l ê n under layers apart. When stopping
construction, the last layer of pouring is watered and cured for not less than 7 days and nights.
6.3.2. For v ớ i concrete using Portland cement x dull and portland pozzolan: Th yeah i moist
