In preparing my instructional materials, I realized that:
 Instructional materials must be appropriate for a variety of students and the
educational setting It can be difficult for a teacher to recreate teaching materials based
on the school's atmosphere. In other circumstances, we are unable to use the majority of
non-printed materials in remote schools with no face-to-face classes.

 I need to prepare instructional materials so that It will help learners transfer their
knowledge more easily. Since it is said that students nowadays are visual learners,
transfer of learning cannot be easily achieved with just lecture strategies. Instructional
materials must intervene.

C. Research on “how to design” a meaningful and relevant bulletin board. Write down the

An interactive bulletin board does students no good if they cannot


reach it. When planning such a board, make sure that it is at their eye
PUT IT AT EYE level and easily accessible for young hands. Since most bulletin board
LEVEL frames are at an adult’s eye level, you may need to paper the area
below the normal bulletin board section to make it work.

Visual interest is the key to keeping children engaged in interactive


bulletin boards. Plain, boring boards with little color or visual appeal
will not hold students’ interest. Even if the topic being covered is
ADD COLOR interesting, students will quickly become bored and uninterested.
Take the time to add coordinated colors and visual appeal to your
bulletin board presentation.

If students will be manipulating items on the bulletin board itself (i.e.


– matching pictures of their classmates to hobbies they enjoy), make
sure that the material you use is sturdy enough to withstand a lot of
MAKE IT handling. Laminate materials that students will be touching and use
DURABLE the strongest Velcro or adhesive that you have available. By creating
the bulletin board with sturdy materials at the beginning, you will
save yourself time having to repair it over the course of its display.

Interactive bulletin boards should have clear, concise directions that


are easy for your students to read and understand. If some of your
students need extra help with reading, consider recording the
directions and allowing students to play them back as needed. Ideally,
PROVIDE
CLEAR an interactive bulletin board will be an independent work station for

1. What went well in my lesson? Why?


 My motivation, since they are willing to answer my questions and participate during board
work.

 During Generalization, for the reason that when I asked one my students he answered me
incorrect maybe that person got confused on that time.

 My students learned a lot during my presentation of the topic since they participated well
and they answered my questions correctly.

 Planning really help the flow of the lesson and through planning there is sequence happens.

 I learned that in teaching you have to make your class interactive and enjoyable.

My Reflection / My Insights
A. After the demonstration lesson, I felt proud of myself though I am shaking but I made it.
B. After my demonstration, I realized that you need to be calm, take it easy and enjoy it so that
students also are enthusiast.
C. These are the things that I learned from my learners you need to level your questions on their
capabilities, activities should be enjoyable for you to get their attention.

I need to accomplish all these episodes/requirements because of the following reasons:

 Since it is required by the curriculum for teacher education students.


 Because this portfolio is an experiential platform which will help me to improve as a
future educator.

A. How did I feel after rendering 600 hours in my cooperating school?

I have a lot of experiences that I treasure after rendering 600 hours in my collaborating
institution. Those experiences will be beneficial because they will be applied to my next
adventure. I can now confront the reality of working as a genuine teacher in a classroom.
