1.1 Summary

1.1.1 本章說明安裝於設備進出口端及管線上，用以吸收連接設備所產生振動
之防振接頭。
1.1.1 This chapter provides descriptions of the anti-vibration joints installed in the
inlets, outlets and pipelines of the equipment for absorbing the vibrations
generated from connections to the equipment.
1.1.2 凡每一水泵、冷卻水塔、空調箱及冰水主機出入口，均必須裝設不銹鋼
製防振接頭，以避免振動傳遞。
1.1.2 Each inlet and outlet of water pump, cooling tower, air conditioning unit, and
chiller shall install stainless steel made anti-vibration joints

有相互矛盾或相異之處時，須立即通知工程司以求解決之道。
1.4.5 Any contradictions or differences found between the requirements in this
standard and the listed reference regulations, or between this standard and the
design data/drawings have to inform Engineering Division for resolution
immediately.

1.6.1 管件上標示廠商名稱及壓力等級
1.6.1 Marking of contractor name and pressure grade on the fittings
1.6.2 產品持有經濟部正字標記或工程司認可之標誌者，免出廠檢驗，未持上
述標記（誌）者，應檢具國外（內）標準，第三公證單位檢驗報告及合
格證明送審，工程司得赴製作廠辦理出廠抽驗。
1.6.2 Products holding CNS mark issued by the Ministry of Economic Affairs or
the mark approved by Engineering Division do not need the outgoing
inspection record. Products without the foregoing marks shall provide
international (domestic) standards, inspection report and certification of
compliance by third-party notary institutes for approval. Engineering
Division shall be present at manufacturer site for sampling inspection upon
outgoing delivery.

1.7 運送、儲存及處理
1.7 Transportation, storage and handling

所有防振接頭之入出口應加以封蓋，防振接頭應儲存於大木箱或塑膠包
裝內，直至準備安裝時為止，施工時所有防振接頭應加以保護，不受污

 垢及瓦礫之傷害。
All the inlet and outlet of the anti-vibration joints shall be sealed.
Anti-vibration joints shall be stored in big wood crates or plastic packages.
Only prior to the installation, all anti-vibration joints shall be well protected
from the damages by dust and debris.

1.8 現場環境
1.8 Site environment

1.8.1 施工前應赴現場瞭解環境，並徹底檢查工作情況和施作細節。
1.8.1 Prior to installation, it is required to check the environment on site and
completely review the work condition and process details.
1.8.2 訂購材料之前，應事先在現場確認尺寸並繪製施工圖。
1.8.2 Prior to ordering materials, it is required to confirm the dimensions on site
and draw installation drawings.

2.1.1 防振接頭
2.1.1 Anti-vibration joints
防振接頭須以 SUS304 不銹鋼製波浪狀內管(BELLOWS)，外覆 SUS304
不銹鋼鋼絲網(WIRE BRAIDS)。
Anti-vibration joints shall be made of SUS304 stainless steel bellows and be
covered by SUS304 stainless steel wired braids.

口徑 50mm 以下採螺牙接頭，65mm 以上採法蘭，法蘭接頭採 SUS304
不銹鋼製造。
The diameter below 50mm shall apply threaded fitting and apply flanged
fitting for 65mm and above. The flanged fitting shall be made of SUS304
stainless steel.
2.1.3 耐壓等級
2.1.3 Pressure resistance grade
應用於冰水系統之使用壓力須達於 16 kgf/cm2 以上，應用於冷卻水及補
給水須達於 10 kgf/cm2 以上，並應提送經濟部標準檢驗局或第三公證單
位檢驗報告送工程司審核。
The operating pressure applied to the chilled water system must be above 16
kgf/cm2, and should be applied to the cooling water and make-up water above
10 kgf/cm2, and should be sent to the Ministry of Economic Affairs Standard
Inspection Bureau or the third notary unit inspection report. Engineering
Division review.

2.2 廠內試驗
2.2 In-house testing

(1) 出廠前須進行水壓試驗，試驗壓力為 1.5 倍的使用壓力。

(1) Water pressure testing must be carried out before leaving the factory.
The test pressure is 1.5 times the operating pressure
(2) 試驗時間為達試驗壓力後至少 5 分鐘。
(2) Testing time shall last 5 minutes minimally after reaching the testing
pressure.

3.1 接管
3.1 Tubing

3.1.1 裝接法蘭時須先以鋼絲刷將法蘭刷淨，在法蘭上塗以白漆，裝配規定之
墊料，再將水管放正，視所接管件情形，確定螺栓孔位置，先裝螺栓四
個，相對徐徐扭緊，然後再裝其餘螺栓，扭緊至適度即止，務使整個接
頭壓力均衡。
3.1.1 Flange shall be cleaned by wire brush, painted by white paint, assembled with
washers and put the water pipes to the right position before installation. The
four bolts shall be assembled first and be tightened steadily. The rest bolts are
then assembled and tightened to a proper level to ensure the pressure in the
entire joint is well balanced.
3.1.2 螺栓與螺帽須用上等鋼料，螺紋須切合適用。螺栓扭緊後，其突出螺帽
外邊長度不得超過 10 mm，或少於 3.5 mm。
3.1.2 Bolts and nuts shall be made of high grade steel with proper mating threads.
After the bolts being tightened, the extruded length out of the nuts shall not
be greater than 10 mm or less than 3.5 mm.
3.1.3 法蘭接頭所用之墊料須為品質良好之鐵弗龍板、石棉板或橡膠，耐壓等
級須等於或大於管路系統最大使用壓力，並須先送樣品，經工程司認可
後始可使用。
3.1.3 The washers applied to the flange joint shall be made of quality Teflon,
asbestos or rubber sheets. The pressure resistance grade shall be equal to or
higher than the maximum operating pressure of the pipeline system. Samples
shall be submitted to Engineering Division for approval before being applied
to the joints.

安裝完成後須依本工程規範書相關規定進行現場試驗。
On-site testing shall be conducted according to the related regulations in this
engineering standard after installation.

本章所需執行之各項工作均已納入契約總價內，且依契約相關規定計量、
計價。
All the work to be executed in the chapter has been included in the total amount
of the contract and quantity survey and cost estimate are also performed
according to the regulations in the contract.
