1.5 資料送審
1.5 Submission
1.5.1 廠商須符合本標第 01330 章「資料送審」之規定辦理。
1.5.1 The supplier must comply with Chapter 01330, Submittal Procedures, of the
present tender.
1.5.2 廠商應提送完整的廠商型錄資料及施工製造圖。
1.5.2 The supplier should submit the complete supply catalogue and shop
drawings.
1.5.3 每一種型式的過濾器應提送濾材及框架之樣品各一組。
1.5.3 The supplier should submit a sample set of filtering medium and frame for
every model of filters.

1.6 品質管理
1.6 Quality Management
1.6.1 需符合本標第 01450 章「品質管理」之規定。
1.6.1 Chapter 01450, Quality Management, of the present tender must be complied
with.
1.6.2 應使用同一廠商之過濾器組件，裝配成過濾器機組。
1.6.2 The filter assemblage should be fitted with filter components from the same
supplier.
1.6.3 依照本規範附上經檢定合格之實驗室或機構所提出的性能證明。
1.6.3 Performance certification from an accredited laboratory or institution must be
submitted in accordance with this specification.

1.6.4 廠商所提供的過濾器，其製造廠商必須從事生產同一類型的產品，至少
有 5 年的製造實績。
1.6.4 The supplier who provided the filter must have at least 5 years of experience
in actually making products of the same type.
1.6.5 按適用標準在出廠前完成性能測試。
1.6.5 Performance tests must be completed in accordance with the applicable
standards before the product leaves the factory.
1.6.6 廠商應保證每一個主要設備附裝一個名牌，並指出製造廠商的名稱及型
號。
1.6.6 The contractor should ensure that a tag indicating the name of the supplier
and the model number is attached to every main appliance.

1.7 維護及保養
1.7 Maintenance and Servicing
提送維護保養手冊，詳細說明操作方式、保養項目及周期、拆卸與組裝
程序、清洗方法及濾材更換方法。
Submit manuals for maintenance and servicing that detail the operation, the
servicing items and periods, the washing method, the procedures for
dismantling and assembling, and the method for changing filter media.

2.1 產品需求
2.1 Products requirement
(1) 外氣提供公共區之空調送風應經二道空氣過濾器(置於 AHU 內)，一
道為可清洗式過濾器(初級濾網)其重量捕集效率須達 70%以上，另

 一道為袋式過濾器(終級濾網)，其塵點效率(Dot Spot Efficiency)須達
85%(含)以上
(1) Outside air providing for air conditioning and ventilation in public areas
should pass through two air filters (placed in the AHU). The first one is
a washable filter (initial-stage filtering net) with an arrestance of 70% or
more. The second one is a bag filter (final-stage filtering net) with a
dust spot efficiency of 85% or more.

(2) 非公共區之空調箱(PCC)及小型冷風機之空氣過濾器材質參照廠家
標準。
(2) The filtering media of small air coolers and air-conditioning boxes
(PCC) for non-public areas should follow supplier standards.

2.2 材料
2.2 Material

若空調系統包含此下列器具，則依該項設備規定辦理：

If the air conditioning system includes the following appliance, it shall be

handled in accordance with the equipment：

2.2.1 可清洗式板式過濾器(初級濾網)
2.2.1 Washable plate filter (initial-stage filtering net)
(1) 濾材：使用 14 網目以上之鋁質濾網，以平面或波浪縱橫交叉型層
相互疊集而成，每 25mm 有 4 層以上，以細桿補強，並裝在美規規
號 20 之不銹鋼板製作之框架內。
(1) Filtering medium: Use aluminum planar or wavy filtering nets of mesh
14 or above, criss-crossly stacked in order that there are 4 or more

 layers every 25 mm, strengthened with thin rods, and fastened in a
stainless-steel frame of US size 20.
(2) 額定值：依照 ASHRAE 之標準，其重量捕集率(Arrestance)須達 70%
以上。過濾器最大面風速(Face Velocity)為 2.54 m/sec，其初壓損值
最大為 100 Pa。
(2) Ratings: According to ASHRAE standards, the arrestance must be 70%
or more, the maximum face velocity of the filter is 2.54 m/sec, and the
initial pressure drop no greater than 100 Pa.

2.2.2 袋式空氣過濾器(終級濾網)
2.2.2 Bag filter (final-stage filtering net)
(1) 濾材：濾材是由不織布、玻璃纖維或合成纖維製成。
(1) Filtering medium: Made of non-woven fabric, glass fiber, or synthetic
fiber.
(2) 額定值：依照 ASHRAE 之標準，塵點效率(Dot Spot Efficiency) 須
達 85%以上，面風速(Face Velocity)為 2.54 m/sec，其初壓損值最大
為 100 Pa，末壓損參考值為 25.4 mm 水柱。
(2) Ratings: According to ASHRAE standards, the dust spot efficiency
must be 85% or more, the face velocity is 2.54 m/sec, the initial
pressure drop no greater than 100 Pa, and a reference value for the final
pressure drop is 25.4 mmH2O.

2.2.3 防鹽害空氣過濾器
2.2.3 Salt-proof air filters
(1) 濾材：濾材是由不織布、玻璃纖維或合成纖維製成。
(1) Filter: Filter is made of non-woven, glass fiber or synthetic fiber.
(2) 進入室內之外氣，必須先經由不低於 ASHRAE 52.2 MERV 14 等級之
除鹽害空氣過濾器過濾後再送入室內。

 (2) Outside air should be filtered by salt-proof air filters with ASHRAE 52.2
MERV class 14 or higher before being introduced into the room.

(3) 面風速為 2.54 m/sec 時，其初壓損值最大為 170 Pa，末壓損參考值為

350 Pa。
(3) When the face velocity of filter is 2.54 m / sec, the initial pressure loss is
170 Pa and the final pressure loss is 350 Pa.

2.2.4 過濾器框架及外箱
2.2.4 Frame and case of filter

(1) 標準尺度：框架之製作應使不同廠商之過濾器具有互換性；初級過
濾器之尺度為 610×610 mm (24×24in)，厚度至少為 50mm (2in)。
(1) Standard size: The frame should be fabricated in such a way that filters
from different suppliers are interchangeable. The size and thickness of
the initial-stage filter are 610 × 610 mm2 (24 × 24 in2) and 50 mm (2 in),
respectively.
(2) 側面檢修之箱體：應使用 1.5mm (16 gage)厚之鍍鋅鋼板製作，再以
凸緣與風管連接；檢修門具連續墊片，兩側並附可鎖定裝置；鋁擠
型軌道或滑槽以供過濾器安裝用，並附確保氣密墊片。
(2) Side-maintenance casing: Made with galvanized steel plates of gauge
16 (1.5 mm thick), and connected with air ducts using flanges. The
maintenance door is equipped with a continuous gasket, and lockable
devices on both sides. There is a sliding track or trough of extruded
aluminum for installing the filter, complete with airtightness-assurance
gaskets.
(3) 外箱應有過濾器鎖定裝置及氣密設施以防空氣旁通。外箱應採用鍍
鋅鋼板製作。濾網應易於檢修及更換。

 (3) The case should be equipped with a filter-locking device and
airtightness facilities to prevent air from flowing past. The case should
be made with galvanized steel plates. The filtering nets should be easy
to maintain and replace.

2.3 Spare parts
2.3.1 廠商應提供各型式各尺寸過濾器濾材各一組作為備品﹝而空調箱之過濾
器則依照 15720 章節提供，以標準尺度 610 mm × 610 mm 計量，採四
捨五入計算；如另需非標準尺度(如：610 mm × 305 mm 等)，則以相近
面積換算提供﹞，不足 1 片以 1 片計，其費用已內含不另設項計價。
2.3.1 The contractor shall provide a set of filter materials of various types and sizes
as spare parts. The filter of the air handling unit shall be provided in
accordance with Chapter 15720, measured with a standard size of 610 mm ×
610 mm, and rounded up; if other non-standard sizes (such as；610 mm ×
305 mm, etc.), it will be provided based on the similar area conversion ﹞,
less than 1 piece is counted as 1 piece, and the cost is included and no
additional item is included.
2.3.2 廠商應將耗材運送至指定之儲存場所。
2.3.2 The contractor shall deliver the consumables to the designated storage.

2.4.1 濾材初級及終級在出廠前應按適用標準完成功能測試。
2.4.1 Initial- and final-stage filtering media should be functionally tested according
to applicable standards before leaving the factory.

3. Construction

3.1 安裝

3.1 Installation

3.1.1 根據製造廠商的安裝說明書安裝空氣過濾器。
3.1.1 Install the air filter according to the installation manual provided by the
supplier.
3.1.2 必須使用密合墊防止未經過濾的空氣從過濾器四周旁通。
3.1.2 Gaskets must be employed to prevent unfiltered air from flowing past and
around the filter.
3.1.3 空氣過濾器(暫用或常久使用)未安裝定位前，不可起動風機系統。施工期
間使用過之暫用過濾器應予更換。
3.1.3 The fan system must not be activated before the air filter (temporary or
long-term) is installed in position. Temporary filters used during execution
should be replaced.
3.1.4 設備安裝的空間，必須考慮維護空間。
3.1.4 The space where the equipment is to be installed must also be considered in
terms of maintenance.
3.1.5 廠商必須提供差壓計或經工程司認可的替代品來量測過濾器之壓降。
3.1.5 The contractor must provide a differential manometer or a replacement
approved by the Engineering Department for measuring the pressure drop of
the filter.
3.1.6 廠商須提出所製造之空氣過濾器的拆卸方式資料供工程司核可。
3.1.6 The contractor must submit, for approval by the Engineer, data on the method
for dismantling the manufactured air filter.

4. 計量與計價

4. Measurement and Valuation

4.1 本章之工作依工程價目單所示之數量及契約單價或一式金額計量計價。
4.1 The work of this chapter shall use the fee quantity and fee calculation
according to the quantity listed on the construction price list and the unit
price on the contract or one lump sum.
