1.4.1 廠商需參考下列之最新標準、規定及法規來完成本項設備所規定之
材質及製造。
1.4.1 Manufacturers need to refer to the following latest standards,
regulations and regulations to complete the materials and manufacturing
required by this equipment.
(1) 中國國家標準 CNS 3615 B7048 及 CNS 14464 B7291。

(2) 當中國國家標準或國際標準有效且適用於本章節時，以其為
準。廠商可建議使用於本章節內之國外或已獲國際公認之法規
或標準，但須經業主認可。
(2) When Chinese national standards or international standards are
valid and applicable to this section, they shall prevail. The
manufacturer may recommend the use of foreign or internationally
recognized regulations or standards in this section, subject to
approval by the owner.
(3) 任何存在於本規範與所列引用標準的要求，或本規範與設計資
料／圖之間有相矛盾之處時，須立即通知業主以求解決。
(3) Any conflict between the requirements of this standard and the
cited standards listed in this specification, or between this
specification and design data / drawings, shall be immediately
notified to the owner for resolution.

1.5 品質保證及品質管理 Quality Assurance and Quality Management

1.5.1 所提供的設備，其製造廠商必須連續從事生產同類型的產品，至少
有 3 年以上製造實驗。
1.5.1 The equipment provided must be manufactured continuously by the
manufacturer for the same type of product for at least 3 years.
1.5.2 不銹鋼製銘牌必須牢固在每一設備上，並指出製造廠家的名稱、序
號及型號等。
1.5.2 Stainless steel nameplates must be firmly attached to each device and
indicate the manufacturer's name, serial number, and model number.

1.6 資料送審 Submission

 (1) 提供完整的型錄，包括配線及控制線路圖。
(1) Provide a complete catalog including wiring and control circuit
diagrams.
(2) 在進行採購設備及設計時，需考慮組合件、零件及馬達等之互
換性。
(2) In the procurement of equipment and design, interchangeability of
assemblies, parts, and motors must be considered.
(3) 提供每一種設備之操作及維護手冊。
(3) Provides operation and maintenance manuals for each type of
equipment.

1.7 保固 Warranty

1.7.1 承包商對本章所提供之設備及相關組件，自驗收完成日起，依契約
規定辦理保固服務。
1.7.1 The contractor shall perform the warranty service for the equipment and
related components provided in this chapter in accordance with the
provisions of the contract from the date of acceptance.

1.8 現場環境 Site environment

1.8.1 安全要求︰對於轉動部份、凸出的固定螺絲釘及鍵，應提供適當的
保護罩，以保護人員接近的安全。
1.8.1 Safety Requirements: For the rotating parts, protruding fixing screws
and keys, appropriate protective covers should be provided to protect
the safety of personnel approaching.

2. 產品 Product

2.1 空氣門 Air Curtain

2.1.1 有效遮斷距離需足夠以防止室內空氣外洩，並維持室內空間之溫
度。採用效率高、結構堅固之扇葉。離空氣門任何點吹出口下方直
線距離約 1.5 公尺處，其整體噪音不得超過 60 dB(A)。
2.1.1 The effective clearance distance should be sufficient to prevent the
leakage of indoor air and maintain the temperature of the indoor space.
Use high efficiency, strong structure of the fan. The total noise level
shall not exceed 60 dB(A) at a distance of approximately 1.5 meters
from the straight line under the air outlet at any point of the air door.

3. 施工 Construction

3.1 安裝 Installation
3.1.1 裝配設備至所提供的空間必須考慮在維修及保養時容易進出。
3.1.1 Assembling equipment to the space provided must consider ease of
access during repairs and maintenance.
3.1.2 安裝時，需適當調整滴水盤之斜度，以利冷凝水之排放。
3.1.2 During installation, the tilt of the drip pan needs to be properly adjusted
to facilitate the discharge of condensate water.
3.1.3 空氣門應裝於冷氣側，且其長度須等於大於門寬，空氣門所選用之
插頭型式應配合現場插座。
3.1.3 The air door shall be installed on the cold air side, and its length shall
be equal to greater than the door width. The plug type selected for the
air door shall be fitted with the field socket.
3.1.4 機組安裝後廠商應依維護手冊進行保養，並提供保養維修記錄，相
關記錄視為點交文件之一。
3.1.4 After the unit is installed, the manufacturer shall carry out maintenance
according to the maintenance manual and provide maintenance and

 repair records. The relevant records shall be deemed as one of the
documents to be submitted.

4. 計量及計價 Measurement and Valuation

4.1 本章之工作依工程價目單所示之數量及契約單價或一式金額計量
計價。
4.1 The work of this chapter shall use the fee quantity and fee calculation
according to the quantity listed on the construction price list and the
unit price on the contract or a lump sum amount
