1.1 本章概要
Summary
本章說明有關不銹鋼伸縮接頭之設計、製造、供應、安裝、測試及檢驗
等相關規定。
This chapter describes the design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing
and inspection of stainless steel expansion joints.

1.4.5 當有最新之中華民國國家標準(CNS)可適用時，應以最新中華民國國家標
準為準。承商可建議使用已獲國際間認可之法規或規範，須經監造單位
認可後方可使用。
When Chinese National Standards are valid and applicable, they are
applicable to the section’s relevant stipulations. Contractor is also allowed to
implement the regulations or standards accepted internationally upon prior
approval by Engineering Division.
1.5 系統或功能要求
System or Function Requirement
1.5.1 承商應依據法規、圖說及規範，提供符合功能需求之不銹鋼伸縮接頭設
備。
Constractor shall provide stainless steel expansion joint that meet functional
requrements in accordance with regulation, drawings and specifications.
1.6 資料送審
Submission
1.6.1 資料送審應依據第 01330 章「資料送審」及本章之規定辦理。
Submit associated data for review and approval according to Chapter 01330
and the following criteria.

1.6.2 品質管理計畫書應依據第 01450 章「品質管理」之規定辦理。
Quality management plan document shall be executed based on Chapger
01450 “Quality Management”
1.6.3 廠商資料
Contractor’s Document
(1) 設備型錄、設備系統規格技術文件。
Equipment catalogue, equipment system specification technical
documents
(2) 設備系統規格技術文件與規範各相關規格對照表、並於設備型錄上
標示出與相對應之規範規格位置。
Equipment system specification technical documents and specifications
of the relevant specifications comparison table, and marked on the
equipment catalogue and corresponding specifications and
specifications.
1.7 品質保證
Quality Assurance
1.7.1 設備應標示廠商名稱及壓力等級。
Contractor’s name and pressure grade shall be makred on equipment.
1.7.2 產品持有經濟部正字標記或國際公認之外國標誌（如 UL、FM 等）者，
免出廠檢驗；未持有上述標記（誌）者，應檢具國內（外）標準，第三
公證單位檢驗報告及合格證明送審。
Products holding CNS mark issued by the Ministry of Economic Affairs or
the mark approved by Engineering Division do not need the outgoing
inspection record. Products without the foregoing marks shall provide
international (domestic) standards, inspection report and certification of
compliance by third-party notary institutes for approval. Engineering
Division shall be present at manufacturer site for sampling inspection upon
outgoing delivery.

1.8 運送、儲存及處理
Transportation, Storage and Handling
1.8.1 交運之設備應有妥善之包裝，避免運送過程中造成損壞或變形，設備及
包裝應有清楚之標識，以便辦識名稱、產品、產地、組件編號及型式。
The equipment to be shipped shall be properly packaged to avoid damage or
deformation during transportation. The equipment and packaging shall be
clearly marked to identify the name, product, place of origin, component
number and type.
1.8.2 立約商應將設備存放於清潔、乾燥與安全之場所。
Contractor shall store equipment in clean, dry and safe place.
1.9 保固
Warranty
1.9.1 設備之保固期間自完成驗收合格次日起算，在保固期間內，承包廠商應
提供設備之保固與維修服務，在保固期間正常使用狀況下，所有零件之
更換或修復費用，均包含於設備總價費內，不另設項給付。
The warranty period of the equipment shall be calculated from the day after
the completion of the acceptance. During the warranty period, the contractor
shall provide the warranty and repair service for the equipment. During the
normal use period during the warranty period, the replacement or repair cost
of all parts shall be included in the total price of the equipment. No
additional fee to pay.

2.1 設備
Equipment
2.1.1 縱向伸縮接頭
Longitudinal Expansion Joint
(1) 構造：由不銹鋼板製成之伸縮囊(含內筒)及設限拉桿所組成，以吸收

 軸向變位，並可防止擾流並維持正確的作動。
Composition: The telescopic bladder (including the inner cylinder)
made of stainless steel plate and the limiting rod are used to absorb the
axial displacement and prevent the disturbance and maintain the correct
operation.
(2) 容許伸縮量
Allowable Expansion
A. 管徑 65～125mm ø，容許伸縮量±20mm。
Pipe diameter 65~125 mm ø, allowable expansion ±20mm.
B. 管徑 150～600mm ø，容許伸縮量±30mm。
Pipe diameter 150~600 mm ø, allowable expansion ±30mm.
(3) 材質：SUS-304。
Material: SUS-304
(4) 接頭型式：法蘭。
Joint Type: Flange
(5) 操作壓力：10kg/cm²。
Operation Pressure: 10kg/cm²
(6) 伸縮接頭內徑應大於管內徑，以降低壓損值。
Inner of expansion joint shall be larger than inner of pipe in order to
decrease pressure loss.
2.1.2 橫向伸縮接頭
Lateral Expansion Joint
(1) 構造：由 2 個不銹鋼板製成之伸縮囊(含內筒)、中間端管及設限拉桿
所組成，以吸收側向變位。
Composition: The telescopic bladder (including the inner cylinder), the
intermediate end tube and the limiting rod made of two stainless steel
plates are used to absorb the lateral displacement
(2) 容許伸縮量：軸向±120mm。
Allowable Expansion: Axial displacement ±120mm

 (3) 材質：SUS-304。
Material: SUS-304
(4) 接頭型式：法蘭。
Joint Type: Flange
(5) 操作壓力：10kg/cm²。
Operation Pressure: 10kg/cm²
(6) 使用於雨、污水系統時，其內壁應具有抗酸鹼塗裝，如：鐵氟龍
(PTFE)。
When used in stormwater drainage and sewage system, inner wall of
expansion joint shall be coated with acid and alkali resistance, such as
Teflon.
2.1.3 大位移伸縮接頭
Large Displacement Expansion Joint
(1) 構造：由波紋管及伸縮接頭組成。
Composition: Composed of bellows and expansion joints.
(2) 容許伸縮量：橫向變位量±250mm。
Allowable Expansion: Lateral displacement ±250mm
(3) 材質：SUS-304。
Material: SUS-304
(4) 接頭型式：法蘭 SUS-304。
Joint Type: Flange SUS-304。
(5) 操作壓力：10kg/cm²。
Operation Pressure: 10kg/cm²
2.1.4 空調冰水管用伸縮接頭
HVAC Piping Expansion Joint
(1) 構造：由不銹鋼板製成之伸縮囊(含內筒)及設限拉桿所組成。
Composition: The telescopic bladder (including the inner cylinder)
made of stainless steel plate and the limiting rod are composed.
(2) 容許伸縮量

 Allowable Expansion
A. 橫向變位：±20mm (含)以上。
Lateral Displacement: ±20mm(equaled and aboved)
B. 縱向變位：-40~+10mm (含)以上。
Longitudinal Displacement: -40~+10mm(equaled and aboved)
(3) 材質：SUS-304。
Material: SUS-304
(4) 接頭型式：法蘭，材質採 SS-400(碳鋼)或 SUS304(不鏽鋼)製造，依
管路材質區分 (詳本施工規範第 15105 及 15223 章)。
Joint Type: flange, made of SS-400 (carbon steel) or SUS304 (stainless
steel), distinguished by pipe material (details in Chapter 15105 and
15223 of this construction construction specification).
(5) 操作壓力：10kg/cm²。
Operation pressure : 10kg/cm²
2.2 功能 10
Function
2.2.1 伸縮接頭應可承受 1,000 次以上之全行程週期之作用。
Expansion joint shall withstand more than 1000 full stroke cycles.
2.2.2 防蝕塗裝：鋼鐵表面應具有防蝕塗裝。
Anti-Corrosion Coating: Steel surface shall have anti-corrosion coating.

3. 施工

Construction
3.1 準備工作
Preparation Works
3.1.1 廠商應在施工前，充分了解工地情況，以及與其他工程間之關係，對有
衝突之處，應與有關人員協調，作適當之調整，並需符合本規範第 01330

 章「資料送審」規定提送施工詳圖，經業主（監造單位）核准後施工。
如因疏忽及缺乏協調而蒙受損失，應由廠商自行負責，不得要求追加工
程價款或補償。
Contactor shall fully understand construction site and relationship with other
projects before construction. In case of conflicts, it shall coordinate with the
relevant personnel and make appropriate adjustments, and shall comply with
the provisions of Chapter 01330 of the Rules for the submission of
documents. Send the construction details and submit the construction after
approval by the owner (supervising unit). If the loss is caused by negligence
and lack of coordination, the manufacturer shall be responsible for it, and no
additional project price or compensation may be required.
3.1.2 承商應依據設計圖說及規定之位址，設置伸縮接頭。
Contractor shall install expansion joint based on design drawings or specified
location.
3.2 安裝
Installation
3.2.1 裝接法蘭時應將法蘭刷淨，裝配規定之墊料，逐步扭緊螺栓，務使整個
接頭壓力均衡。
Flange shall be cleaned by wire brush and assembled with washers. Shall also
be tightened to a proper level to ensure the pressure in the entire joint is well
balanced.
3.2.2 螺栓與螺帽之螺紋須切合適用。螺栓扭緊後，其突出螺帽外邊之長度範
圍 5~20mm。
Bolts and nuts shall be proper mating threads. After the bolts being tightened,
the extruded length out of the nuts shall be around 5~20 mm.
3.2.3 法蘭接頭所使用之墊料須為品質良好之橡皮或塑膠，厚度 2mm(含)以上。
The washers applied to the flange joint shall be made of rubber sheets or
plastic. Thinkness shall be equaled or aboved 2mm.
3.3 檢驗

 Inspection
3.3.1 檢驗方式：水壓試驗。
Inspection Method: Hydrostatic Test
3.3.2 試驗壓力：1.5 倍的操作壓力。
Inspection Pressure: 150% of operation pressure
3.3.3 檢驗時間：達到試驗壓力後至少 5 分鐘，不得有洩漏。
Inspection Time: 5 minutes long after reaching inspection pressure. (No
leaking)

Quantity Estimation is measured based on relevant items written in contract.
4.2 計價
Valuation
本章之工作依契約有關項目以實作數量計價，該項單價已包括完成本項
工作所需之一切人工、材料、機具、設備、運輸、動力、測試及附屬工
作等費用在內。
The unit price includes all necessary labor, materials, equipment, equipment,
power, transportation, testing, safety inspection, chipping, resurfacing, casing,
training, warranty and other necessary expenses to complete the work
