FINAL DEMAND TO VACATE

To whom it may concern:

This concerns with your proposal of a 3-year preparation period to

depart from our property.

It has come to our attention your plea to extend the period of

preparation to vacate the premises for three years pursuant to your
discussions at the humble home of our brother, Musa M. Sanguila. However,
the compulsory heirs of Haji Sahara “Paraula” Mohamad-Sanguila have
agreed that all occupants in the subject property shall be given a period only
for two (2) years which shall begin from the time the said proposal was done
last August 2021. The modification of your appeal is due to its urgency to
use by our children for the construction of their domicile.

For proper understanding and enlightenment of any issues, it is

worthy to note the origin of your right to possess our property, you merely
acquired jus possidendi or the right to possess it by virtue of a contract of
usufruct executed between the former local chief executive, Jack S.
Maruhom, and the Sanguila family represented by our mother Hadja Sittie
Sahara “Paraula” Mohamad-Sanguila. Under the contract, the effectivity
date shall only for a period of five (5) years beginning on May 1, 2002.
Evidently, the effectivity period ended last May 1, 2007 but because of our
firm consideration in abiding our maranao culture and Islamic belief of
giving assistance to our brothers and sisters in faith in times of calamities,
we tolerated you to overstay in the said premises despite our repeated
demands.

In line with this, you are given a period of two (2) years to prepare for
your evacuation from the above-mentioned property. Please consider this as
our last and final demand. A refusal to comply aforestated decision will
prompt us to file a case for ejectment and damages against you. To avoid
this, immediate compliance is highly appreciated.

Please be guided accordingly.

Sincerely,

HEIRS OF HADJA SITTIE SAHARA “PARAULA”

MOHAMAD-SANGUILA
