    Hi, I am William Noel Santiago, a licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines. I have nine years
    of experience in the construction industry and currently work as a Bid Engineer at a leading
    company in the Philippines. My responsibilities include bid processes, plan review, construction
    estimating, bill of quantities preparation, quotation sourcing, bid evaluation, budget preparation
    and monitoring, procurement, and value engineering.

    I also trained my colleagues in estimating and am passionate about continuously


    developing my skills. In 2020, I started freelancing to offer my expertise to others, which I
    acquire through my connections. My areas of expertise include estimating of site development,
    structural works, architectural works, and fit-out works, as well as detailed cost derivation for
    materials, labor, and equipment. I also offer preparation of cost planning and reports.
