The problem at school.

First of all, an authority figure in society is when you are in charge of making sure

rules, and laws are followed, and If that's not the case, they are also in charge of

being punished in a proper way. To begin with, this is about a problem with an

authority figure at school, back in the time when I was a senior in high school. The

math teacher whose name is Martín had a set of rules for the class in order to keep it

controlled. One of the rules he had was “students are not allowed to use their

cellphones during class unless I asked them to”.

So one day early in the morning at his class, after his explanation of what we had to

do, I pulled out my cell and started to watch Facebook while he was grading my

classmates homework. Then, he turned around and see my friend and me using it,

and he said: “Edna and Karen come over here and left your phone on my desk, and

after class, you can go and pick it up at the principal's office”.It was well known that if

they took it there, they just let your parents pick it up.

Then Karen went and left her phone and I just kept it and pretended I didn’t hear so

he said again that I had to go and leave my phone, and I once again ignored him. He

got tired of waiting for me to put my cell phone down, so he yelled at me: “If you are

not going to give the phone, you can just leave the classroom!”. But I just stood up

and left the classroom. Finally, the teacher told the coordinator and she lectured me

about how I had to behave and that there was no other consequence.
