Receptionist :Yes of course. Hotel facilities include sauna, Jacuzzi and swimming
pool.
Traveller: What activities can be done at the hotel?
Receptionist: You can enjoy the pool and all the facilities
Receptionist: When would you like to check-in? And how many nights would that
be for?
Traveller: On March 3 and for three nights. How much is the daily rate for a double
room?
Receptionist: We do have one room available for that date. It’s $100 a night so
that comes to $340 for the three nights plus tax included.
Traveller: What does room service include?
Receptionist: Room service includes all the food and drinks you want 24 hours a
day.
Receptionist: how many people is the reservation for?
Traveller: The reservation is for me and my boyfriend

 Traveller: Yes, it’s Valentina Salazar. Do I need to pay a deposit?
Receptionist: Yes,thank you Miss Valentina. Can I just get your credit card
number to make the booking?
