    Q.# 01: Eight channels, with a bit rate of 500 Mbps to be multiplexed using synchronous TDM.
    Each output slot carries 02 Bytes from each source. Answer the following questions: ( 05 Marks)

    a. What is the size of a frame in bits?


    b. What is the data rate?
    c. What is the frame rate?
    d. What is the duration of a frame?
    e. What is bit duration?

    Using Hamming code technique, consider a 12 bit data block 100110111110, calculate required
    check bits, find transmitted block, if 8th data bit is altered during transmission, also find
    “received block” and rectify the error?
