1. Where will the business operate? How will products reach your customers?
Ans: In this business model the business will be operated through an offline medium of
interaction, and this is due the importance of in person interaction needed between the
client and business stakeholders. Our main product is in the form of a service and for that
people need to come to our clinic. Considering all these reasons we plan to place our clinic in
the heart of London city in Ontario. Looking into the hospitals, gyms and our other
partnership bodies we decide to start our clinic in the middle of Oxford Street.

As our product is delivered in the form of a service the customers should reach the clinic to
get the product by themselves. This also a main reason why we selected Oxford street as our
prime location of our clinic. In case of extra medicines or supplements either a subscription
plan will be given or will be directed to any of the partnership body for further procedures.

to produce any goods and get them to market?
