All training for sport should be designed around the different cycles of the
competitive year, which is divided into different periods depending on the number
and importance of the scheduled competitions.
➢ Warm up must be one of the most important part of the players routine. Every
muscle of the body stays at rest when we are not working out and the blood flow
towards the muscles are very regular but when we work out our muscles need
oxygen at a very high speed.
