    Process Selection

    Process selection means that they are the ones that make the decision on how to organize
    the production of goods or services. They are the one thinking how and what they are going to
    produce a product from raw material to finished product whether it has good quality, good design
    or essential to the customer or the marketplace that will demand for its supply.

    Process selection is also the core of operations management; they convert inputs to
    outputs. Additionally, it has an influence on the whole organization and its capability to fulfill its
    goal, as well as the supply - chain management. Moreover, process selection enables an
    operations manager to comprehend the need for technology management. Together with capacity
    planning, it enables an organization to devise alternative approaches to meet customers' irregular
    demand patterns.

    Furthermore, the product design is the design of the company’s product which processing
    in many ways first like thinking of an idea how the product will make the customer demand for
    it, how the organization will agree with the product design if its bearable to do that makes the
    company will get sales and make more supply of the product.
