AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, Lee Min Ho, of legal age, single , resident of, Samoki,

Bontoc Mt. Province, after having sworn in accordance with
law, do hereby depose and state THAT:

01. I was present and personally saw that accused,

Park Bo Gum, committed the crime of murder against the
victim So Ri Na.
02. On March 10, 2023 at around 10:30 – 11 pm, while
strolling at the plaza at late evening, I saw couples
enjoying the night together and some other individuals
present.
03. At late evening at the same time and place, while I
was sitting at the rear end of the fountain, two couples
were approaching the fountain while talking to each
other, at first I thought it was just a normal conversation
but it turns out to an argument. I seemed to heard that
the accused threatened the victim.
04. The suspect said “Ipalaglag mu sa tan unga ak
pylang adik kaya dakayu ay panganen” to the victim,
while the victim replied “Ay kayam ulay anak mu
ngen? “ and there then, the suspect threatened the
victim saying “Mailam nu adim angnen id wani.
Mailam talaga!. “

I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the

foregoing facts and to support the filing of Criminal Cases
against Park Bo Gum for violations of murder.
