• Morcon- is made from ground pork and beef, chorizo, onions, atsuete, tomato, raisins, duck
eggs, grated cheese and wrapped in pig’s caul fat.

meat.

Bulanglang Kapampangan- s like a typical sinigang. However, sinigang uses tamarind paste while
bulanglang makes use of native guava. Kapampangan’s bulanglang has ulang (prawns), pork or
milkfish belly as its main ingredient.

Moche Kapampangan - This delicacy is made from glutinous rice flour shaped into balls, or more often
into ovals. The usual fillings are red bean paste, mung bean paste, or Bukayo (sweetened coconut
strips). It has sugar, coconut oil, coconut milk, and salt.
