Problem No. 1. “In your home, when you want to eat egg sandwich before going to school, your mother
would surely prepare it for you. Your egg sandwich would not be produced without a process.”

1. What would be your manpower? My Mother


2. What would be your materials? Egg, mayonnaise, cheese, lettuce, butter, slice bread, tomato,
and pepper.
3. What machines or tools would you use?  Bowl, spatula, knife, casserole, frying pan, plate,
chopping board.
4. What methods are needed to produce the egg sandwich ( Cooking procedures enumerate
them).

1. Wash the lettuce


2. Toast the desired pieces of bread.
3. Slice the cheese in to thin square pieces.
4. Slice the tomato in to pieces

For egg dressing:


4. Boil 3 eggs in casserole and leave it for about 8 minutes.
5. After boiling, set aside them until cold.
6. When it cold, remove their shell and put in a bowl then smash them into small pieces.
7. Then put mayonnaise on it with a pinch of pepper.

For final work


11. Put a toasted bread on the plate then put a slice of cheese.
12. Put a desired pieces of lettuce on it.
13. Put the egg dressing and put desired pieces of tomato on it.
14. Put again a desired pieces of lettuce on it then put another slice of cheese.
15. Then, put a slice of toasted on top.
16. Then eat.
